Davidson, Vavra clear waivers and go to Norfolk

- LHP Tucker Davidson has cleared outright waivers and been assigned to Triple-A Norfolk.
- INF/OF Terrin Vavra has cleared outright waivers and been assigned to Triple-A Norfolk.
The Orioles’ 40-man roster currently has 36 players.
