O's promote Rutschman
By The Orioles have made the following roster moves:
- Selected the contract of C Adley Rutschman from Triple-A Norfolk. He will wear No. 35 and his first appearance will be his Major League debut.
- Designated C Anthony Bemboom for assignment.
