PROMOTION PERIOD; DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES: The Sweepstakes runs from March 24, 2011 at 12:01 AM through April 15, 2011 11:59PM (the "Promotion Period"). Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on April 15, 2011 to be included in the final random drawing. 4. ELIGIBILITY; PERSONAL INFORMATION: Open only to legal U.S.residents who, as of April 15, 2011 are at least 13 years of age. Employees, officers and representatives of TCR Broadcasting LLC, MASN, masnsports.com, MLB, The Baltimore Orioles and MGH (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), as well as the immediate family(spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such person, are not eligible. Limit one entry per person, per e-mail address or mobile number, which is valid for the entire Promotion Period. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Entrants who are under 13 years of age must have a parent or guardian's permission before providing personal information. Personal information will be used in accordance with the website's Privacy Policy. The Promotion Entities may utilize each entrant's personal information based on which opt-in(s) the entrant has selected to receive future email or text messages. All entries become the property of the Promotion Entities. Entries will be deemed as made by the authorized account holder of the telephone number or email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address or telephone number by an Internet access provider, online service provider, mobile service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses, domains, or phone numbers associated with the submitted information. 5. DRAWING: Four (4) 1st place winners will be selected by random drawing conducted by the Promotion Entities or their agent from all eligible entries received within the Promotion Period. Eligible entries are entries received in completion during the Promotion Period and that otherwise meet the requirements described in these Rules and Regulations. One drawing for all prizes will be held on or about April 15, 2011. All drawings are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Unless otherwise stated in the official contest rules, only one (1) prize per household for the Contest for any thirty (30) day period. 6. NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by telephone or e-mail -- Sponsors reserve the right to determine the method of notification. The Sponsors shall not be liable for: (1) failed, returned or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by the winner on the Sweepstakes entry form; or (2) entries, and responses to winner notifications which are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, misdirected, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient in whole or in part or for computer or technical error of any kind. Winners will be given three (3) business days from the first day of notification to respond to claim prize(s). A non-response by the winner or non-receipt of notification response after the specified three (3) business days will be considered winner's forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries. If an entrant is found to be ineligible for any reason in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsors, an alternate winner shall be selected from the pool of eligible entries. Winners shall be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release as a condition of acceptance of a prize. 7. PRIZES: Exactly four (4) Grand Prize winners ("Winners") will be awarded a MASN Orioles Suite Tour Package for four (4). Package includes, maximum access credentials for four , meet and greet with MASN broadcaster/s, a tour of the MASN broadcast studio set, "Property of MASN" maximum access gear, hospitality for four in max access staff suite and ball-park food with non-alcoholic beverages. Prize will be fulfilled on Sunday July 16, 2011 at Camden Yards. A winner may not substitute a prize for its cash equivalent. Estimated retail value of prize is $2,000. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any or all of the prizes with any article or service of similar or greater value at its sole discretion. Prizes may not be assigned or transferred. Odds of winning depend on the time of entry and the number of eligible entries received. Non-winning entries will be rolled-over into subsequent drawings. The winners shall be responsible and liable for all federal, state and local taxes on the value of their prize. 8. Prize Restrictions: Sponsor/s will not be responsible for providing winner/s with air or ground travel transportation, meals, hotel accommodations, gratuities, arrangements or expenses incurred by winner/s and their guests in conjunction with accepting prize. Unless otherwise stated in the official contest rules, only one (1) prize per household for the Contest for any thirty (30) day period. There is a limit of one (1) prize per household or family. Each prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash by winner. Odds of winning depend on the actual number of eligible entries received prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The difference between any stated value and the actual value of a prize will not be awarded to the winner. No prize substitutions shall be permitted except at the Promotion Entities' sole discretion. The Promotion Entities reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should any featured prize become unavailable. Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (together with any other documents that may be requested by the Promotion Entities), which must be returned along with valid proof of age upon redemption or an alternate winner for that prize may be chosen. If a winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, the prize may be awarded in the name of, or to, the winner's parent/legal guardian who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of the winner, both on behalf of himself/herself and the winner, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. 9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY; RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION: The Promotion Entities are not responsible for any: (a) telephone, computer system, hardware, software, network or other technical failure, malfunction or error; (b) communication disruption or delays, including those related to or caused by Internet traffic, virus, bug, non-authorized intervention or human error; or (c) damage caused by computer virus or bug, resulting in damage to any computer or cell phone from an entrant's access or the Sweepstakes Website. The Promotion Entities further are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible entries; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, or fail to enter into the processing system, or that are processed, reported or transmitted late or incorrectly, or that are lost for any reason, including, without limitation, computer, telephone, paper transfer, or human error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error. Each winner acknowledges that the Promotion Entities have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless all Sweepstakes Entities (defined as the Promotion Entities and all sponsors and administrators of the Sweepstakes, along with their respective parent entities and subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, employees, attorneys and agents) from and against any and all injuries, losses, damages, claims and actions of any kind arising from or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of any prize that may be awarded, including, without limitation, actual, direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, special, or other damages. By accepting a prize, each winner further releases all of the Sweepstakes Entities from any and all claims, liability, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize or participation in any prize-related activity. 10. RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND SWEEPSTAKES; DISQUALIFICATION: The Promotion Entities reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes without advance notice should virus, bugs, technical malfunctions or other causes beyond the Promotion Entities' control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or whom the Promotion Entities believe to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage, will be disqualified. 11. RIGHT TO USE NAME, PHOTO AND LIKENESS: By accepting a prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness in any and all media by the Promotion Entities for current and future advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited. 12. APPLICABLE LAW: These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland without giving effect to conflicts of law rules. 13. ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a further condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Grand Prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively, by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"); (b) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (c) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorney's fees, and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. 14. GENERAL: Each person who participates in the Sweepstakes fully and unconditionally agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the d This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. In the event of non-compliance by a winner, with the official rules of this Sweepstakes, an alternative winner may be awarded the respective prize. The prize is non-transferable by winners. Prizes may not be substituted for cash, except that the Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is unavailable. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in a disqualification and an alternate winner shall be selected. All prizes will be awarded. Except where legally prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Sponsors to use the winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (city and state) and testimonials, in printed, broadcast or new media, in perpetuity, in any manner they deem appropriate in connection with promoting this or any other sweepstakes and/or promotion sponsored by them, without further compensation in connection with this Sweepstakes or the prize awarded.
