Orioles reinstate Means, outright Diaz

The Orioles have made the following roster moves:
- Reinstated LHP John Means from the 60-day Injured List.
- OF Yusniel Diaz has cleared outright waivers and been assigned to Triple-A Norfolk.
The 40-man roster is at 34 players.
