KANSAS CITY - After two hard-fought games between the Orioles and Royals in Baltimore, it's time to take the American League Championship Series on the road. Once again, it's Olivia and Lindsay here - bringing you insider's access to all things ALCS from Kansas City!

We plan to take you from Birdland to Kauffman Stadium every step of the way through the series, so be sure to follow along through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat (masnOrioles).

4:00 p.m. -The Royals hold a two games to none lead over the Orioles in the best-of-seven series, but the Birds are looking to rebound in Kansas City to bring baseball back to Baltimore later on this week. Everyone's settled in at Kauffman Stadium, and it's back to business for the Birds during today's team workout.

6:09 p.m. - Batting practice is here and gone. Today marks both of our first times to Kauffman Stadium. So far, we are impressed (especially with the wall of waterfalls in the outfield).
