Coulombe reinstated as Smith goes to IL

The Orioles have made the following roster moves:

• Reinstated LHP Danny Coulombe from the 60-day Injured List (left elbow surgery).
• Placed RHP Burch Smith on the 15-day Injured List (right adductor groin strain), retroactive to September 18.
