The Orioles acquired right-hander Jordan Kipper from the Angels this afternoon for pitcher Damien Magnifico, who was designated for assignment last week to make room for catcher Francisco Peña on the 40-man roster. Kipper, 24, will be assigned to Triple-A Norfolk. He was 2-1 with 1.74 ERA, 0.94 WHIP and 18 strikeouts in 31 innings at Double-A Mobile.
