FanFest update (with an update)

More than 60 current, former and future (hopefully) Orioles players and coaches will participate in FanFest on Jan. 23 at the Baltimore Convention Center. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., with 10 a.m. entry for season-plan holders. Players expected to attend include MATT ALBERS, ROBERT ANDINO, GARRETT ATKINS, MICHAEL AUBREY, JOSH BELL, BRAD BERGESEN, JASON BERKEN, ALBERTO CASTILLO, BRANDON ERBE, MIKE GONZALEZ, JEREMY GUTHRIE, DAVID HERNANDEZ, RHYNE HUGHES, JIM JOHNSON, ADAM JONES, NICK MARKAKIS, BRIAN MATUSZ, CLA MEREDITH, KAM MICKOLIO, KEVIN MILLWOOD, LOU MONTANEZ, TROY PATTON, FELIX PIE, NOLAN REIMOLD, BRIAN ROBERTS, DENNIS SARFATE, LUKE SCOTT, BRANDON SNYDER, CHORYE SPOONE, CRAIG TATUM, CHRIS TILLMAN, JUSTIN TURNER, MATT WIETERS and TY WIGGINTON. Manager DAVE TREMBLEY and his coaching staff also will be present. SURHOFF and FRED VALENTINE, along with former coach JIMMY WILLIAMS. Update: Former players DAVE JOHNSON, RICK KRIVDA, CALVIN MADURO, JOHN STEFERO and BILL SWAGGERTY also will be there. And president of baseball operations ANDY MACPHAIL will participate in two fan forums (including one for season-ticket holders). On the day of the event, FanFest tickets will be sold at the Convention Center and the Orioles box office. 2010 season-plan holders will receive complimentary tickets as part of their Orange Carpet benefits program. Individual game tickets for the 2010 season will go on sale at 10 a.m. and can be purchased at the Convention Center or the Orioles' box office at the north end of the warehouse throughout the day.
