Orioles and Indians lineups

Austin Hays and Maikel Franco return to the lineup tonight as the Orioles continue their series in Cleveland.

Hays is in right field after staying on the bench last night. Franco is playing third base after delivering a pinch-hit single.

Trey Mancini is the first baseman. DJ Stewart is in left field and Anthony Santander is the designated hitter.

Since being stuck with four unearned runs on May 7, Matt Harvey has surrendered 31 earned runs (32 total) and 39 hits in 19 2/3 innings, and his ERA has jumped from 3.60 to 7.41 during that span, which included his use as an opener on June 2.

None of his last seven starts have gone beyond 4 2/3 innings.

Indians right-hander Cal Quantrill is making his third start and 21st appearance this season. He's 0-2 with a 3.21 ERA and 1.366 WHIP in 33 2/3 innings, and has surrendered only three home runs.

Quantrill started June 6 at Camden Yards and allowed five earned runs (seven total) and five hits in 1 1/3 innings. Cedric Mullins hit a leadoff home run.

Quantrill hasn't gone more than 3 2/3 innings in any appearance and only twice has lasted more than two.

The Orioles have lost 16 road games in a row.

Outfielder Yusniel Diaz has joined Double-A Bowie on his injury rehab assignment and he's the designated hitter tonight, with Grayson Rodriguez pitching and Adley Rutschman behind the plate.

Reliever Shawn Armstrong reported to Triple-A Norfolk today after accepting his outright assignment.
