Before the first pitch...
Manager Dave Trembley believes that Nolan Reimold "looks better" running the bases. "He was never a real pretty runner. He was a max-effort type guy, but moved good, quick," Trembley said. Nolan-Reimold_ST-Baserunning.jpg "The other day when he got on, I would have pinch-run for him, but I needed to see him run the bases because I need to find out. You've got to let him run the bases. You can't pinch-run for him during the season. You don't have the luxury of doing that when you don't have a five-man bench, so he's going to have to be able to do that. "Sometimes it doesn't look real good, but I don't think he's in a lot of pain. I don't see him in the training room all the time. I think it's just general soreness and something he's going to have to work through." This year's 2110 Eutaw Street dates are Sunday, May 16; Sunday, June 27; Saturday, July 24; Sunday, Aug. 8; and Saturday, Sept. 4. Fans can purchase a Eutaw Street Bleacher seat and a limited edition 2110 Eutaw Street T-shirt for $21. Each game will feature a different t-shirt design. Everything else is the same. Markakis and Jones will toss baseballs into the stands, autographed T-shirts will be tossed into the section, and for every home run hit by Markakis or Jones in that day's game, one lucky fan in the section will receive a bat autographed by the player. Sports Legends Museum at Camden Yards has been given the exclusive rights by ESPN to sell the DVD of the documentary "The Band That Wouldn't Die," which originally aired as part of the network's 30 for 30 series. Talk about an instant classic. The DVD is available at Sports Legends Museum Store for $16 and includes bonus features such as excerpts from Levinson, an ESPN "Outside the Lines" program, the Baltimore Colts Fight Song and Robert Irsay's memorable 1984 press conference. I hope Irsay's tirade comes with subtitles so he can be understood.
